Scott Bell is a most pleasant and personable individual. Scott arrived promptly on time as scheduled. He then explained his inspection plan and asked pertinent questions that made us feel confident and at ease with him in our home.

Scott inspected the exterior condition of our home as well as every room internally and functionality of all the appliance, heating system, and water systems, etc.

At the end of his inspection, Scott again explained how he would write his report, including pictures, then email his final assessment.

Scott's emailed report and pictures of his inspection was not only expedient but extremely thorough.

My husband, Jim and I absolutely enjoyed meeting and visiting with Scott. Not only did he instill confidence in this process, he was delightful to work with!
